Nod Young (born 1979) is an art director and designer who studied at the Academy of Arts & Design and currently resides and works in both Beijing and Los Angeles. In 2015, he founded the studio A Black Cover Design in Beijing, offering brand design, visual system, and art guidance services to clients. Throughout his career, he has collaborated with renowned brands like Nike, Apple, Disney, Coca-Cola, and Cartier, and has earned prestigious awards such as the Tokyo TDC Annual Awards, HKDA GDA Silver and Jury Award, Red Dot Award, Cannes Golden Lion Award, and Venice Excellence Design Award.

Recently, Nod has focused on brand design within the consumer goods sector, advocating for the "Democratization of Design." Within the Chinese consumer market, particularly with new brands, Nod plays a vital role. The brands they have served have amassed a combined market value exceeding billions of dollars, leaving a profound impact on the new generation of consumers.
